ISDN30 (I.421) is not available.
Service will be interrupted for all conversions, reconfigurations, renumbers, shifts and premises moves.
|
Normal internal wiring charges will be raised if the Communications Provider requires Openreach to connect the Network terminating point to the end user's premises equipment. See note (a)
The Wholesale ISDN30 service has a minimum threshold of 8 channels per End-user per single site location. Transfer of DASS installations originally provided before March 1997 of fewer channels is allowed, however, no reductions of channels below 8 will be allowed. It is not permissible to have more than one Customer or End user sharing a Wholesale ISDN30 service.
In multi tenanted buildings, it will be considered that each end user has `new premises' and the fact that 2Mb line plant is to the building does not entitle them to reduced charges.
Premises moves will always be considered as a new installation and full connection charges will apply.
A customer installation can have both DDI and non-DDI channels. Once a channel has been initially provided it can be changed from a DDI channel to a non-DDI channel by reconfiguration of the channel which will involve a reconfiguration charge.
Calling Features applied to ISDN30e installations apply to all channels. If different configurations are required for some channels, e.g. Some Incoming only and some Outgoing only channels, these will be provided in a separate installation. New installation prices will apply.
Transfer charge for same day transfer where no changes are being made to the original installation, i.e. where no internal or external wiring is required and all equipment is in place.
|
Where service is taken over when it is not on the same day as the end of the previous customer service then full connection charges apply.
Transfers are required when a SP takes over the customer base of another SP. The Line Transfer price will be charged for each line to be transferred.

Where a Communication Provider has agreed an appointment with Openreach for work at the End Users' site in connection with the Communication Provider service, if Openreach is unable to carry out the work at, or gain access to, such End User site or the appointment is broken (unless due to Openreach 's error). Openreach reserves the right to raise a Visit Charge as detailed in Service Products Section of this Price List.

Charges for network infrastructure over and above standard requirements are charged as excess construction and can be found in `Excess Construction Charges' in the Service Products section of this Price List at :

These charges include work on internal trunking & traywork; breaking through walls; additional poles, ducts and cables; radio charges and miscellaneous non-standard or specially requested items.
Where, in order to meet a Communication Provider's requirements, it is necessary to provide telephone service by means of non-standard apparatus, apparatus constructed by non-standard or exceptionally expensive methods, or at substantially greater expense than would normally be incurred beyond the scope of standard charges, Openreach may determine a supplementary charge.
(b) This product relates to where an incoming end user or Communications Provider takes over service at a site where it already exists (no new external wiring is provided) and where there is no break in service. This transfer must take place on the same calendar day. Where there is a delay between one customer ending service and a new customer requiring service, i.e. not on the same day, the new customer will be charged as a New Connection.
(c) This price is payable per order for channels ordered in one transaction and not available for customers within 4 months of the Bring Into Service date of a previous new provision order, which includes channels added as part of a transfer order. Any orders placed within this time will be charged at the normal connection rate.
d) Customers can request delivery of Wholesale ISDN30 using fibre only via the EMP interface (WLR3). If this is requested Excess Construction Charges will be applicable and the ECC Survey Charge will be raised in all cases detailed at:
