GEA FTTP (Brownfield) Product - Introductory Offer
An "Introductory Offer" will apply to firm orders for GEA FTTP (Brownfield) placed before 10th January 2011
The Introductory Offer is to apply from the start date of pilot of GEA FTTP (Brownfield) and is applicable to:
The first 2,000 new GEA FTTP (Brownfield) connections to be zero-priced (up to a maximum of 750 for any single CP GEA FTTP (Brownfield) customer of Openreach) for connections made until 10 January 2011;
Zero rental prices for all GEA FTTP (Brownfield) product variants for all CPs until 10 January 2011, with no limit on the number of new lines applicable during this period.
The Introductory offer does not apply to the GEA Cablelink, which will be chargeable at the rate shown in section 5.3.3. of the Openreach Price List.
Introductory Offer terms and conditions
The Introductory Offer will be applicable to new provisions for the GEA FTTP (Brownfield) Product from 12 July 2010 to 10 January 2011, on a first-come, first-served basis.
The “Transition product” is only available in conjunction with an existing WLR or MPF service
If the associated WLR or MPF service is terminated, the full annual rental charges for the appropriate GEA-FTTP product variant will apply from the termination date of the WLR or MPF service
BT reserves the right to withdraw the “transition product” at any time on not less than 28 days notice.
A single CP (GEA FTTP (Brownfield) Openreach customer) will only be entitled to free connection in respect of a maximum of the first 750 new provisions out of the total of 2,000 new provisions available under the Introductory Offer, irrespective of whether that CP purchases the product for its own consumption or intends to resell the product to other CPs.
Openreach reserves the right to withdraw or limit the scope of this Introductory Offer at any time.
The Introductory Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of service. In the event of any inconsistency between those terms and conditions of service and the terms and conditions of this Introductory Offer, the terms and conditions of service will prevail.
