Note:

1) All charges will be due and payable by the relevant Due Date in accordance with the Agreement.

2) This charge will be payable quarterly in advance on 1st Jan, 1st April, 1st July or 1st October depending on when the relevant service or product starts or is deemed Ready for Service. BT will apportion rental on a daily basis for the initial period if that initial period is less than a Quarter.

3) This usage rate is applied to both Standard Electricity and Standby Electricity.

4) For Co-mingling orders where sub-metering is not requested the charge applied will be: Published rate x 365.25 x 24 x No of kW

5) This charge applies only if sub meter is requested on the initial order. Subsequent order for sub metering will raise a bespoke charge.

6) On completion of upgrade the existing product annual rental charge will amend to the revised product level annual rental charge.
