WES and WEES Desk Based Survey Excess Construction Charges offer. (Excluding unmanaged and local reach). London Metropolitan Area only. 

Customers can choose to request a desk based survey against each order for the duration of the offer – Should an ECC be required, the following charges will apply:

  • ECC charges are not chargeable up to £5,000 (Ex VAT).
  • Where ECC charges are above £5,000 (Ex VAT), the first £5,000 (Ex VAT) will not be chargeable.

Openreach aims to launch this offer with effect from 29th October 2009 to run until 29th April 2010.

This  ACCN Notification will be subject to the offer text which will be added to the Openreach Price List supporting this pricing notification in the next 2 weeks.

BT has sought a waiver from OFCOM in relation to the notification period in order to begin the promotional period earlier.
