Escorted Access

Note:
1) Charges may be payable on submission by the Operator of incomplete or inaccurate requests and equal to 25% of the appropriate charge.
2) All charges will be due and payable by the relevant Due Date in accordance with the Agreement.
3) Charges for Operator Equipment Room Works will vary depending on location, room size, equipment installed, amount of conversion required etc. Bespoke rooms built to the same standard as the Co-location Hostel specification will be charged on the same basis as Co-location Hostel pricing principles.
4) This charge will be payable quarterly in advance on 1st Jan, 1st April, 1st July or 1st October depending on when the relevant service or product starts or is deemed Ready for Service. BT will apportion rental on a daily basis for the initial period if that initial period is less than a Quarter.
5) Bespoke charges will be adjusted if appropriate during the Works.
6) Servicing of equipment in addition to standard equipment available in a standard Co-location Hostel bay.
7) This usage rate is applied to both Standard Electricity and Standby Electricity.
8) This is charged per day or part thereof on a per MDF Site basis. This charge also applies for abortive deliveries as a result of an Operator request.
9) The billable area is rounded up to the nearest square decimetre (1/100 of a square metre).
10) Operators will be credited with £1375 against the estimated Operator Equipment Room Works and associated invoices. Only applicable if operator proceeds to build.
11) The billable area is calculated by the area of the number of Rack Space Units ordered and multiplied by 3.85. The billable area is indicated in the offer document.
12) This will automatically be provided as part of the Co-mingling order dependant on the number of rack space units ordered.
13) These costs are for providing the required power and cooling for the maximum power rating the Operator orders for the Co-mingling facilities.
14) These charges are raised quarterly in arrears.
15) These charges are raised monthly in arrears.
16) The date these prices apply is related to the completed/ handover date and is not dependent on when the order is placed.
17) Planned access = 3 working days or greater notice. Unplanned access = less than 5 working days notice. Average response time = 4 hours. Business hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 to 17:00
18) These prices are calculated using a minimum of 4 hours including BT travelling time. After 4 hours has expired, the appropriate hourly charge will be applied.
19) This charge will apply to all orders whether for ESS or non ESS supply.
20) This charge applies only if sub meter is requested on the initial order. Subsequent order for sub metering will raise a bespoke charge.
21) Applicable to co mingling. Charge covers provision / re programming of electronic access cards and provision of external gate keys.22) Charge applicable to co-mingling installations only. This charge is payable half yearly in two instalments of £58.45 per site. Instalments are payable in January and July.
23) This audit is renewable on a 12 monthly basis as per ISO registration timescales.
24) Where DC Power options are ordered, the maximum AC power capacity will be supplied.
25) This cancellation schedule applies to Co Mingling orders only.
26) This charge is applied when a forecast order for a co mingling product is not followed up with a firm order.27) On completion of upgrade, all applicable rental charges will move to the upgraded product rates.
28) Ancillary bolt ons include :- Post intial build provision of UPS rectifiers, HDF security doors, UPS power lead restraints. Replacement of existing batteries with higher specification units, additional battery string, replacement of exisiting UPS with higher specification unit, replacement of existing UPS internal battery unit with higher specification battery to provide greater UPS autonomy, ASS600 upgrade, BBUSS fusing and lighting upgrade HDF9 to HDF18 upgrade, Post build testing, Retro fit of sub meter.

3) Distance charged will be route distance in kilometres calculated to 1 decimal place from MDF Site cable chamber to the foot-way box rounded up to the nearest 0.1km.
4) Charges for Operator provided External Tie Cable Pull-through are per 100 standard size twisted pair cables. Cable size will be rounded up to the nearest 100 pairs.
5) Additional charge per 100m applies to actual length of existing duct used as quoted in the DLR3 Offer.
6) This is a one off charge for new duct required for External Tie Cables and Operator provided External Tie Cable Pull-through and will be quoted in the DLR3 Offer.

8) This charge applies to Co-location and Co-mingling only.
9) This charge applies to Distant Location only.
10) This rate calculated per metre per quarter will be rounded up to the nearest whole penny.
11) Each BT or Operator provided External Tie Cable will be terminated on an Internal Tie Cable (2) under Schedule 01: e.g. a 1000 pair External Tie Cable will be provided with 10 Internal Tie Cables.
12) This charge applies to Internal Tie Cable (1) and Internal Tie Cable (2) for 100 pair Tie Cable. 64 and 32 pair Internal Tie Cable will be pro rata (£23.64*0.64 or £23.64*0.32).
13) The prices for the BT and OLO provided External Tie Cable are based on base products of 100 pair at 100 metres and 500 pair at 100 metres. Additional pairs and lengths are charged as per price table, BUT ARE ONLY APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE BASE PRODUCT. If an additional External Tie Cable is required subsequent to an installation then the base product price for 100 pairs @100 metres or 500 pairs @ 100 metres (plus any extra lengths or pairs) will be charged.
14) The charge raised will be the charge that is applicable on the date on which the service is ordered from BT except where indicated otherwise.
15) All rental charges including those changed within the billing period will apply from the date shown in this price list.
16) These prices are retrospective to 17/01/01
17) This charge applies to new Co mingling orders on or after 01/10/2004.
18) This extension is only available for the MCU1 product
19) Additional HDF applies to the B-BUSS7 product only.
20) The EvoTAM Connection charge will only be payable by SMPF CPs who opt to buy the Test Access Product or require the LLUT tie cable to intercept the EvoTAM for ease of future migration to MPF.
21) This charge is applicable to requests for tie cable cease only or tie cables ceased as part of a POP cease request.
22) Additional Internal Tie Cable Expedite (15 day working delivery). This is subject to site survey. Charges are in addition to standard provision charges.
23) Each test session is charged based upon 4 minute increments e.g. a 6 minute uninterrupted test session on a single line would incur 2 x £0.13 charges and an 11 minute uninterrupted test session on a single line would incur 3 x £0.13 charges.
