Connection Charge for all WLR Premium Analogue lines above 'Background Count'

The eligibility for these discount prices will be based on the following:

For the 12 calendar weeks up to 19th June 2009, Openreach will calculate the average number of new connections of WLR Analogue Premium lines delivered for each CP per week, based on actual new connections delivered. (known as ‘Background Count’).

Openreach will notify each individual CP of their specific Background Count via the CP’s Sales and Relationship Manager, and CPs will be required to register for this offer prior to commencement of the offer period.

At the end of the offer period; Openreach will calculate the average weekly new connection rate achieved between 24 October 2009 and 26 February 2010, the “Offer Period”

Openreach will calculate a growth figure in connections compared to the background count in order to measure each CP’s improved average weekly sales performance during the Offer Period, based on actual new connections delivered.

Each CP will receive a discount on the new WLR Analogue Premium lines connected during the Offer Period which are over and above the Background Count in accordance with the table below:

The discount will be calculated at the end of the Offer Period and a billing credit issued to each CP within 60 days.

For those CPs, that for any reason, do not have a measurable Background Count, Openreach will use a Background Count of 1.

For the purposes of the offer, the 19 December 2009 to 8 January 2009,  will be discounted when calculating CPs average during the offer period. This period is historically a period of low activity and including this period would adversely affect CPs average increases in connections.

The Special Offer price will only apply during the period shown.
During the Offer Period, standard terms and conditions shall also apply.
