The appointment slots offered will be as follows:
- An appointment in the early morning, 7am - 8am EM
- An appointment in the evening, 6pm - 9pm EV
- An appointment on a Saturday, 8am - 6pm AM and PM.

Availability
These appointments are available where this appointment is outside of the normal service offering for the product in question. Therefore, they are only availabale towards the end on the service level associated with the line.
