The early deployment of this Growth Incentive Scheme means that from 16th May 2009 to 30th June 2009, the scheme will run concurrently with the £75 WLR connection charge offer, as notified in ACCN OR106 on 23rd December 2008.

The offers for CPs are available as follows:

• Offer A: From 16th May 2009 – 30th June 2009 CPs can utilise the £75 connection price for all Analogue Basic WLR lines. From 1st July 2009 – 18th September 2009, utilise the Growth Incentive Scheme.
• Offer B: From 16th May 2009 – 18th September 2009, CPs can utilise the Growth Incentive Scheme for all Analogue Basic line connection charges.
