Note:

GEA FTTC Product - Advanced Payments Scheme

A CP must sign up for one of the two Advanced Payments schemes before 31st October 2010.

The Communications Provider agrees to pay a single advanced sum of money for participation in this Phase 2 rollout scheme

The single advanced sum will be payable by the Communications Provider when the first Phase 2 exchange is released

In consideration for such advanced sum, the rental charge for the Service shall be reduced to the sum set out in the price tables above for a period of 24 months from the date that the Service is first made available at each Phase 2 rollout scheme exchange

The rental charge shall be applicable at each exchange in the Phase 2 rollout scheme for a period of 24 months from the date as notified by BT that the Communications Provider may place orders at that exchange. From the end of the 24 month reduced rental period, the Communications Provider agrees to pay the rental charges for Service provided under these conditions as set out in the Openreach Price List.

Unless cancelled by the Communications Provider prior to the provision of Handover Port Connectivity at an exchange, the Communications Provider agrees to pay the Handover Port Connectivity connection charge as set out in the Openreach Price List at each of the Phase 2 rollout scheme exchanges.

The scheme will apply to all Phase 2 exchanges and homes passed, it is not available on particular exchanges only.

The Handover Port connection charge and rental charges shall be due on the Operational Effective Date at each exchange.

The list of "Phase 2" exchanges is detailed below, Muswell Hill and Whitchurch will also be included in the scheme.
