Depending on who you are and what you do, the Openreach Portal offers a tailored user account that serves your specific needs. From the options given below, please select the user type for which you wish to register.
All applications will be sent for approval to an administrator in order to confirm your registration. You will be updated about the status of your registration request via e-mail.
Employees from Communication Providers (CPs) in the UK should use this form to request a Portal user account. Note that you will be required to enter the DUNS ID issued for your company (a nine-digit identification number provided by Dun & Bradstreet). Third Party Integrators that work with CPs and Resellers can also sign up using this form.
This is a nine-digit number assigned to each business location in the Dun & Bradstreet database and can be found on the D&B website.
