They also include archive material and presentations shared at the meetings by participants. Recent meeting collateral, including agendas, presentations, minutes of meetings, etc. is posted in the respective collaboration area for each forum.
These meetings variously cover copper products (LLU and WLR). All requests for changes to copper products must be presented to the Copper Product Commercial Group for Industry agreement prior to submission to Openreach.

The Copper Product Commercial Group (CPCG) takes place to ensure that Openreach customers have the opportunity to share the latest news about the Copper market and any specific market development initiatives. It also provides a platform to discuss and optimise any future opportunities.
The purpose of the Copper Products Process Group (CPPG) is to be the acknowledged industry body responsible for the development of clear, fit for purpose processes which support the WLR & LLU product portfolio.
The purpose of the Service Management Forum is to be the acknowledged industry body responsible for all Service Management matters, processes and policy.
The Test and Diagnostic Industry Forum is the acknowledged industry body responsible for all matters relating to Openreach's copper test and diagnostic platform.
