Welcome to your portal
Here's a round-up of what's what:
- Individual user profiles and views based on your preferences, but not restricted to them
- Shorter, punchier product and process descriptions, with standardised top level headings, allowing you to go straight to the sections you want without having to wade through lengthy PDFs
- Generic information (e.g. on TRCs, ECCs, Calling and Network Features and Directory Services) separated from product and process information but linked to it where appropriate
- Process flow diagrams detailing each step of the ordering and fault reporting/repair journey, linked to system response codes, their meanings, corrective actions and sample XML messages
- Technical release documentation by product and software release, to help your development teams get to grips with the technical impact, technical interface and messaging information associated with getting up to speed with new products/releasesAn updated and cleaned response code list, with a selector indicating the relevant response codes for a given process step and the corrective action expected
- Customer Service Plan with key contacts and escalation paths for the products you buy from us
- Virtual account team information, so you can quickly look up key contacts (e.g. Sales & Customer Experience Manager, Customer Business Manager, Service Relationship Manager, Sales Specialist and Billing).
Your Openreach
The best way to save the Openreach pages you use all the time is in the portal’s favourites, rather than in your browser.
If you need to find something in the portal, our navigation menus should make everything quick and easy, or you can use the powerful new search engine. If you can’t find what you need, please contact us with the details and we’ll get right back to you.
You can find out more about how to save pages, subscribe to RSS feeds and set-up email notifications in the portal quick start guide. For further information, including how to use the advanced search features, please see the full portal guide.
