Backhaul Extension Services (BES) are high speed, permanently connected, point-to-point data circuits. They provide a secure link between your site and an exchange or between an exchange and another exchange (known as a Daisy Chain).
BES has been superseded by Ethernet Access Direct (EAD). All variants, except 2.5Gb and 10Gb have been withdrawn from new supply.
