Got a detailed plan?

Make the Openreach new site office your first port of call.

Our friendly and professional Openreach new sites team will help you provide a telecommunications network that gives your customers access to the very latest services offered by the widest range of suppliers.

They're here to guide you through the process of connecting to our network, helping you make the right decisions and do the right things at the right time – from the very start.

At outline planning stage – or when planning permission has been granted – our designers can look at your initial proposals, outline the main routes for Openreach cables and provide all the information you need to plan supplies to your development.

We'll need a minimum of four weeks' notice before work starts on-site to allow for the proposed layout to be designed. If this notice period is not given, then we may have to charge you. Also, once we've provided you with a final layout, all subsequent requests for revisions or amendments will be chargeable.

If your work is likely to affect existing Openreach plant equipment – for instance, where your site incorporates an existing public highway – you should contact our Network Alterations team to discuss the possible cost implications.
