Information about the Industry billing forum
This forum is held monthly for all CPs, Openreach and Ofcom to discuss billing issues. Openreach uses this as a platform to highlight proactive billing reviews that are underway and to ensure all CPs are fully made aware of any upcoming potential issues that will affect their billing. Openreach report monthly the statics of the billing accuracy for TRCs, AVCs, SFI2 and SFVA against products NGA, LLU and WLR. This forum also provides CPs to report common issues found in billing that gives Openreach an opportunity to investigate that billing is accurate and invoicing as we should be.
