That means for qualifying infrastructure, you can now ask us for passive fibre access, cabinet space, or duct and pole access using our Physical Infrastructure Access product.

We’ve designed these products specifically to meet the requirements of the 2016 Commission Decision with reference number C(2016) 3208 (as amended by the European Commission modification decision with reference number C(2018) 229) in the locations required under this decision. That means we won’t provide these products anywhere else in the UK.
