As part of bringing fibre broadband to phase 3 intervention areas, our parent company BT Group has invested public funding into our network. That means for qualifying infrastructure, you can now ask us for passive fibre access, cabinet space, or duct and pole access using our Physical Infrastructure Access product.

Where is it available?

The phase 3 network locations are in parts of:

The small print

We’ve designed these products specifically to meet the requirements of the 2016 Commission Decision with reference number C(2016) 3208 (as amended by the European Commission modification decision with reference number C(2018) 229) in the locations required under this decision. That means we won’t provide these products anywhere else in the UK.
