Wholesale Line Rental 3 (WLR3) – Wholesale Analogue Access (PSTN)
Traditional phone lines still play an important part in communication. And with Wholesale Analogue Access you can re-sell an Openreach line to your customers.
How it works
Wholesale Analogue Access is available as either a single or multi-line product. Single lines come with our “Basic” or “Premium” packages, so you can choose the service level you need. All multi-line packages come with the “Premium” service.
Our business process models give you an overview of the main interactions we’ll have when you order a product from us or raise a fault. They also include links to other information like product descriptions, pricing information and contracts.
The EMP is always being maintained and developed to ensure that you get the service you need. The following documents explain the functional changes and upgrades that we have made with each release, and how they affect the way our system interacts with yours. It’s for this reason that these updates are aimed at your technical teams responsible for designing and building interfaces into the Openreach Business to Business (B2B) gateway.
When we’re going to make a change, we will update this document and publish it prior to testing or release. Once this is complete, we may need to change the information based on our findings, so we’d advise that you check back regularly for any further updates. We reserve the right to change the functionality delivered as part of the release and to amend the document accordingly.
You can now find Functional Specification, and B2B/XML Release Documentation on iPublish, which can be found within the 'Your tools' section on your Dashboard.
The WLR3 PSTN orchestration matrix contains the following information:
These provide design specifications for the functions that are required to be developed by users of the Openreach gateway.
Audience: These files are intended for CP technical teams responsible for designing and building the B2B interface into the Openreach gateway.
