KPIs show how we’ve performed on jobs. You can use them to compare the service you’ve had to the wider industry.
Ofcom set out the monthly non-discrimination KPIs we need to provide until April 2026 in its 2021 Wholesale Fixed Telecoms Market Review (WFTMR) for Metallic Path Facilities (MPF) and Next Generation Access (NGA). Please note that we are no longer required to provide these KPIs for Wholesale Line Rental (WLR), ISDN or Shared Metallic Path Facilities (SMPF).
You can use these KPIs to compare how we’ve performed for you against how we’ve done for BT, and for the industry as a whole.
The results are published in these reports.
