BNS let you backhaul data from outlying local loop unbundling (LLU) or mobile base station controller sites to your own network. So you can deploy a backhaul network in a specific area, rather than having to use individual backhaul extension services (BES) circuits. This effectively means backhaul aggregation of BES circuits.
