Openreach Transflex (Transflex) is a content store solution and offers secure way of storing, organising and exchanging business documents such as images, videos, documents, spreadsheets, etc.
Transflex is used by Openreach to send and receive information to or from Communication Providers (CPs) and allows the exchange of large data files.

To get started with Transflex you will need to set up a new password and then use a new Transflex URL to get your reports. Just follow the steps below and if you get stuck, then we’re here to support.

You can now connect to Transflex using your FTP client. Transflex is public facing and CPs should not need to make any updates to their firewall. If you find you cannot connect, then ask your network team to check and whitelist the following IP addresses:
Transflex IP addresses

• 35.179.23.87
• 3.9.122.54

• For SFTP – 22
• For FTPS – 21, 8192–8200
