We work hard to bring you the latest technology and innovation. And we want Openreach products to be as good as they can be. Sometimes that means taking them off the market when they’re no longer the best solution.

How we remove products

We follow a standard process for all our product withdrawals. We tell you what we’ve got planned using:

our product roadmap: a list of planned activities for our products. It also includes things like developments, product trials and launches. We publish the roadmap every three months
industry forums, working groups, consultations and customer briefings.
