Information about the Copper and Fibre Products Process Group
The purpose of the Copper and Fibre Products Process Group (CFPPG) is to be the acknowledged industry body responsible for the development of clear, fit for purpose processes which support the WLR, LLU, Ultrafast Fibre Access and Superfast Fibre Access product portfolios.
It will work to validate the inputs used and outputs created by Openreach process developers. It will also aim to optimise process performance for the Openreach product to the benefit of end customers, customers and Openreach. It will be a future looking body that seeks to understand the current and future product demands of the WLR, LLU, Ultrafast Fibre Access and Superfast Fibre Access product sets and drive process improvements.
