Information about the Service management forum group
The purpose of the Service management forum is to be the acknowledged industry body responsible for all service management matters, processes and policy.
It will work to optimise operational performance for the LLU and WLR products to the benefit of end users, Customers and Openreach.
The remit of the forum encompasses all aspects of LLU and WLR service operations. It will address all operational issues and will include not only day to day fulfilment and assurance but also network capacity and operational system issues.
