This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs about the withdrawal of all remaining OSEA Cisco prices from the Openreach Price List and removal of references to OSEA Cisco from Schedule 4B of the Connectivity Services contract and associated product documentation, effective 23 August 2023.

From 23 August 2023, the remaining Price List Entries (PLE) for OSEA Cisco will be marked as “withdrawn”. Additionally, all references relating to the withdrawn OSEA Cisco product will be removed from the relevant product information.

OSEA Cisco is a legacy product with no active services remaining. There is no customer impact anticipated as a result of this change notice.

The OSEA Product Description and Suppliers Information Note (SIN) 490 will be updated to reflect this change at least 28 days prior to 23 August 2023.

The non-impacting changes required to Schedule 4B (Connectivity Services Schedule 4 - Service Levels) of the Connectivity Services Contracts (“CSC”), in relation the repair of OSEA Cisco have been notified on 90 days’ notice of and the amended contract text may be viewed at:
