This briefing is for Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs about a change to the EAD Excess Construction Charge (ECC) Fixed Fee and a corresponding increase to EAD connection charges.

This briefing is to inform CPs that from 01 October 2021, the EAD Excess Construction Charge (ECC) Fixed Fee will increase from £589 to £598.

There will also be a corresponding £9 increase to EAD connection charges (excluding RO1).  These price increases will also take effect from 01 October 2021
