This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who access the Openreach Customer Service Plans (CSPs).

Openreach publishes CSPs to provide guidance to CPs on various processes and general contact points. Where possible, to simplify these documents, sections that are common to two or more CSPs will be moved to a single location and the downloadable version of the CSPs will be discontinued.
