This briefing is for LLU and Access Locate Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs about a change to the LLU and Access Locate power price.

We regularly review the costs and prices for electricity to ensure we only pass through our average annual costs in our prices. The most recent review is complete which shows our expected costs for 2023/24 have reduced.  As a result, we are announcing a 20% decrease in the current charge from £0.3194 to £0.254 per kWh.  The new price will come into effect from 1 May 2023.

We will continue to review costs across the 2023/24 year.
