This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who use the reappointing feature in HUD.

This briefing is to inform all CPs that consume FTTP that, for provide orders managed in HUD, CPs and authorised Reseller users now have access to the Openreach failed reappointing books for FTTP reappointing in the event of an Openreach missed appointment. This is in addition to FTTC, MPF and SOGEA.
