This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs about the availability of a copy latest LAD file (February 2024) showing how the postcodes for the 99 to be exited exchange areas notified within the recent GEN024/24 notification will map to their enduring Openreach Handover Point (OHP) exchanges. Please note, this copy LAD file is provided at this stage for CPs’ information only and does not replace the formal LAD file that Openreach will continue to use to determine service availability and relevant list pricing. When Openreach update its formal LAD file we will update a copy of the LAD for the above purpose for as long as is necessary to do so.
