GEN035/20 eChat changes: implementation of EiVA and changing eChat platform

This briefing is for all Communications Providers.

To inform CPs that how they initiate an eChat will be changing.

Following successful trials and industry engagement, and to allow for an improved eChat experience, we will be replacing the current eChat access points on the Openreach Portal with EiVA which will act as the front door for all eChat across all products and services currently supported by eChat.
