This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who consume FTTP, MPF, SMPF, SOGEA and WLR. 

This briefing is to inform CPs that Openreach is moving the Direct End Customer Contact Repair journey to the strategic platform and to remind CPs about a change to the charging of View My Engineer when the facility moved to Direct End Customer Contact in July 2023.
