This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who consume WLR, LLU, FTTC and SOGEA products.

Openreach will be expanding direct end customer contact by launching this for end customers who have an Openreach missed provision.  All CPs will be opted in by default unless opt-out is requested.
