This briefing is to inform CPs about updates to the Building Closure List.

The Exchange Closure and Consolidation List has been updated and reissued to Version 25 and is available on the Openreach Portal (see below). Version 25 supersedes the previous briefings (GEN033/24 (28 March 2024), GEN089/22 (13 December 2022) and GEN071/23 (7 November 2023)

The Exchange Closures and Consolidation List Version 25 has now been updated to include revised closure dates for Ballyclare and Kenton Road from 28 March 2025 to 31 May 2026. In addition, briefing also refers GEN071/24 .

The Exchange Closure and Consolidation List Version 25 can be found on the Openreach Portal Products page, LLU secure area under the BT Exchange information section and the Ethernet secure area:

A username and password are required to access these areas.  If any CPs are unable to access the building closure list either the LLU secure or Ethernet Secure sites, please contact your migration manager or account manager for assistance and they will advise on how you can apply for access to these secure sites.
