This briefing is to inform CPs about a change to the price of GEA-FTTP and Fibre Voice Access (FVA) replacement of damaged or missing ONT.

We’re announcing price changes to GEA-FTTP and FVA replacement of damaged or missing ONTs that will come into effect from 21 November 2022. This price change (as set out in the linked ACCN below) supersedes the GEA-FTTP and FVA replacement of damaged or missing ONT price increases previously announced on 23 August 2022 (ACCN OR799).
