This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who raise orders or faults on FTTP, SOGEA and SOGfast.

Reminder that all VOIP faults and services are the responsibility of the communications provider. On provision jobs Openreach will only test the VOIP service where Prove IP Voice has been included on the order.
