This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all Communications Providers (CPs) of the Openreach plan to withdraw a set of XML services on the Equivalence Management Platform (EMP) aligned to EMP R5500 deployment on 16 March 2024.

CPs should review the XML services that they use on EMP and ensure that they have a plan to move to supported versions.
