This briefing is to inform PIA established CPs that we are moving the Overhead Scale Build Proof of Concept (PoC) to a trial.

We’ve published a briefing for PIA established CPs advising them that we are moving the Overhead Scale Build PoC to a trial and running this on our Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product. This trial will enable us to test the fine tuning we are making to the original POC framework for managing overhead (OH) pole replacement Network Adjustment (NA) orders at scale, specifically shorter forecasting, and delivery periods.
