This briefing is for all Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform PIA established CPs about a Proof of Concept (PoC) being conducted on the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product.

We’ve published a briefing for PIA established CPs advising them of a PoC being run on our PIA product. This PoC is to test a new process for managing Underground (UG) Self provide (SPO) Network Adjustment (NA) orders. The PoC will commence on 1 August 2024 and run for 6 months finishing on 31 January 2025.

Network Adjustments will only be accepted for work completed and submitted to Openreach during this PoC period.
