This briefing is to inform CPs about price changes to PIA duct and pole rental products.

In March 2021, Ofcom published the decision statement for its Wholesale Fixed Telecoms Market Review (WFTMR), which sets out changes to the pricing regulation applicable to Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) duct and pole rental prices.

In light of these changes, Openreach is announcing price changes to a number of PIA products.  These price changes include price reductions and price increases.  Price reductions will take effect from 01/04/2021 and 01/05/2021 and price increases will take effect from 01/07/2021.  We are also announcing the withdrawal of a number of Facility lead-in duct products effective from 01/07/2021.
