This briefing is for all PIA Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) established CPs that we have published a policy document on the arrangements that should be followed for managing asbestos in the Openreach network.

Following notification at the November 2023 Passives PCG this briefing is to formally notify PIA established CPs that we have published a policy document on the arrangements that PIA CPs should follow when working in the Openreach network in relation to management of asbestos.

This policy will come into immediate effect from today, Monday, 27 November 2023.
