This briefing is to inform all CPs about a Proof of Concept (PoC) being conducted on the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product.

We've published a briefing for customers advising them of a Proof of Concept (PoC) being run on our Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product. This PoC is to test revised processes for aerial Network Adjustments to enable PIA CPs to undertake a Self-Provide Order (SPO) to create space in the upper envelope of the pole for the purpose of installing CP equipment such as a fibre DP.
