Openreach reports

There are several ways to get Openreach reports depending on your needs. To get started, check the reports available and find out how you might be able to access them.

Access method Notes
Reporting hub application Access to the app and the report categories are managed by the CP Admin. Once you have access, you can download your reports
Application Programming Interface(API) This requires support from your technical teams to work with us and set up the APIs to allow you to access these reports
Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) This requires support from your technical teams to set up and a SFTP client installed either locally or on a server to access these reports
