There are several ways to get Openreach reports depending on your needs. To get started, check the reports available and find out how you might be able to access them.
| Access method | Notes |
| Reporting hub application | Access to the app and the report categories are managed by the CP Admin. Once you have access, you can download your reports |
| Application Programming Interface(API) | This requires support from your technical teams to work with us and set up the APIs to allow you to access these reports |
| Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) | This requires support from your technical teams to set up and a SFTP client installed either locally or on a server to access these reports |

If you open the data using a spreadsheet, then make sure not to allow it to convert or change the data. You can manage this in the spreadsheet options

Excel has a 1,048,576 row limit and if you open a file with more rows than this limit, then you will get a dialog box warning
There are several ways to overcome this limit and below we have laid out the steps to load a large file using the data model option in Excel.
