This briefing is to notify CPs of the full launch of SOTAP.

We are launching the SOTAP product on 1 December 2023, following its successful pilot.

The SOTAP product has been developed to enable PSTN withdrawal.

SOTAP allows the following order journeys:

-           New line provide

-           Start of a stopped line

-           Migrations from other copper products.

The SOTAP contract has been notified to apply with the date of full commercial launch and can be found here
