This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs about a Trial commencing on 6 February 2023 for a 6-month period.  This Trial will apply to orders placed by CPs in Northern Ireland between 6 Feb and 6 Aug 2023. The purpose of the Trial is to identify the time distribution for resolving gas break issues.
