This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who consume FTTP.

Openreach is introducing email as an additional direct end customer contact channel on FTTP provision.

Following CP feedback on the initial briefing, Openreach is postponing the introduction of email and associated changes to SMS messages to 4 March 2024 to allow CPs more time to prepare for this change.
