This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who order over 100 FTTP appointed provisions a week. 

Openreach will be running a proof of concept to test a new process intended to resolve sales queries arising at the time of the installation through a three-way conversation between the engineer, the end customer and the CP. The proof of concept will apply to FTTP appointed provision orders only.
