This briefing is to notify CPs of a minor clarification to briefing NGA2010/24 (Adjustment to Equinox ‘Legacy Regrades’ amendment).

Openreach would like to share a corrected version of the amendment to the ‘Special Offer Equinox Offer Contract Amendment’ relating to migrations from WLR that was notified on 29 April 2024 via briefing NGA2010/24.

The amendment sets out a process for transfers of existing WLR services to Openreach’s SOGEA service and SOTAP for Analogue service without impacting the calculation of Fibre Only performance in Equinox (see briefing NGA2010/24 for full details). The Special Offer Equinox Offer Contract Amendment is optional and remains open for CPs to sign.

The previous version of the amendment that was notified on 29 April 2024 contained a typo in condition (f) under Legacy Regrades definition. The condition referred only to SOGEA Orders rather than Legacy Regrade Orders. The correction has now been made and the updated amendment can be found here.
