This briefing is for FTTP Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform FTTP CPs about the following two trials:

a)     an Openreach internal trial to test the benefits of sending SMS messages to end customers for Permission to Work (PTW) approvals; and

b)     an opt-in trial to test the approval performance of passing back outstanding PTW requests to CPs after 5 working days.
