This briefing is to inform CPs about changes to the price of ISDN2 and ISDN30 products. Price changes will be effective from 1 April 2023.

We are announcing price changes to our Wholesale Digital Access (ISDN2) and Wholesale ISDN30 products. These price changes will come into effect from 1 April 2023.

Openreach announced the withdrawal of WLR products, including ISDN, in December 2018 (briefing GEN073/18).  New WLR services will stop being sold nationally from September 2023 and will be withdrawn from service nationally from December 2025, and earlier at specific locations in line with published notifications.
