This briefing is to inform CPs that Openreach has updated the Dark Fibre Customer Service Plan.

Following the successful launch of the Openreach Dark Fibre product in August, we have now reviewed and updated the Dark Fibre customer service plan to ensure CPs have everything that you need to manage your service experience with us. From registering for the Openreach portal, to ordering and contacting the right people when things aren’t going quite right. This updated service plan provides important steps and key contact details for our teams, whatever the stage of your order.

We update this document regularly and CPs are advised to check that they have the latest version to ensure their information is up to date.
